Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:
- All sales are final with no returns.
- Exchanges permitted for any damaged or defective products within 30 calendar days from the date received. A copy of the receipt along with photos of the damaged/defective products must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Exchange requests may be refused or denied at any time based on policy or program abuse.
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards can only be used online.
